Two Story Pool House

This is a two story pool house garage was built in Mount Airy Maryland.  The customer needed additional storage space for his pool supplies and yard equipment.

This building also provides a space for changing area, game room, and pool supply storage.  This project was designed and completed by 4-Outdoor.  Our crew provided the site preparation for this two story pool house, which included grading and electric preparation under deck to house.  A porch slab with exposed aggregate was installed to match the pool area.  The building is supported by a monolithic slab.

This design has three dormers in the front and shed roof in back.  Durable vinyl siding, soffits, and trim complement the stone exterior.  The roof is completed with architectural shingles.  There are ten windows which provide plenty of natural light inside the building while enhancing the curb appeal of this two story pool house.  4-Outdoor designed and built the custom front doors which have a wood overlay.  Two Barn Sliding doors are in the front of the building as well as a 12′ Sliding Glass Door.  A 10′ x 8′ Custom Garage Door was installed on the right side with a electric garage door opener.   Four stone veneer posts accent the front porch.
