Storage Barn Delivered to Thurmont Maryland

My customer from Thurmont Maryland  needed storage barn because they needed more space.  He decided that a 10×12 storage barn would be the right size for his storage needs

He had shopped at many different places to find the right storage shed, including the big box stores.  Ironically this customer was referred to us by a salesman at Lowe’s.  The salesman explained the differences in construction between a Lowe’s storage barn and a 4-Outdoor built storage barn.  For a list of the building construction differences click here.  One of the main differences was that Lowe’s sheds are not sold with the exterior finished.  The customer must paint the exterior of the storage barn themselves.  My customer was looking for a simple solution to his storage barn needs.  4-Outdoor storage barn utility sheds are delivered fully assembled.  In other words as soon as our driver pulls out of the yard, our customer’s can start utilizing their storage barn.  There is no other work that needs to be completed.

I helped them create the perfect storage barn by matching the colors of his house.  He planned to store his riding lawn mower in his new storage barn, so I recommended a pressure treated, heavy duty ramp for his double doors.  Our ramps are extremely durable and our delivery crew will place and attach the ramp to the storage barn at time of delivery.

This customer had a sloped yard, so we prepared his site with a gravel pad.  Our site preparation crew graded around the building to provide the necessary slope for water to drain around his new storage barn.  When we complete the shed gravel site preparation, we warranty our work for the lifetime of the building.
