Two Story Garage
My customers in Union Bridge Maryland needed additional garage and storage space. They wanted one company that could pull the appropriate permits for the job, build the two story garage, and complete the concrete and grading for the project.

I helped them create the perfect 24×24 modular two story garage. We found the perfect color of vinyl to match their house so the new garage looks natural. They chose a shingle color that they loved. The shingle color was was different than what is currently on their home because they are planning on applying new shingles in the future. We built the building with a set of stairs leading to the wide open second story. We provided a certified electrician to install lights on the first and second floor of their two story garage as well as outside security lighting. Our electrician also set up electric for future garage door openers. We also installed gutters and downspouts for this new two story garage.
These customers plan to use the second story for additional storage space because their house does not provide enough space for their needs. They were very happy with our work because we finished the two story garage project on time and on budget. They did not hassle with the permit process, because our knowledgeable staff handled it. When the project was finished, they could use the garage right away and the site looked great.
