My customer from Frederick, Maryland needed a storage shed because they needed the extra storage space.  They had an open yard and we could deliver the storage shed with our shed delivery truck and trailer.

This job had the following special circumstances: He needed to be able to get equipment in and out of his storage shed easily.  He needed space to store his lawn mower.  He needed additional shelving in his storage shed for small items.  He needed the storage shed to match his house colors and style.

I helped them create the perfect 12×16 A-frame Vinyl storage shed by matching the vinyl color of the storage shed to his house.  We also matched the vinyl shutters on the shed to his home.  In addition to the six foot double door that is standard on this storage shed model, we added a three foot entry door.  This three foot door was placed on the long side of the building with a window placed on each side.  This storage shed layout created very nice curb appeal.  We added a heavy duty pressure treated ramp so he could drive his lawn mower right into his shed.  We also added wooden built in shelves to better organize the contents of his storage shed.

We were able to complete the entire job by performing gravel site preparation for his storage shed.  Our site preparation is warrantied for the lifetime of the storage shed.  We delivered his shed fully assembled with our specialized shed delivery truck.  After delivery, he was able to utilize his storage shed right away!  This shed was built with our Best Built Guarantee.
